Welcome Back! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ

I've been covering how to use Zapier as a tool to strengthen your communications this month. And I've saved the best for last! One zap to liberate time for all. The zap tutorial I share today will help establish process, a content library, and share content alerts for individuals or teams. Read on for more...

Embedding Process for Teams & Communications

As I mentioned, there are three areas of my work where Zapier has been a serious support system for my growing organization. 1) content amplification & reach 2) audience and data management 3) improving internal team efficiencies. Let's get nerdy about process this week!

I love process because I know on the other side of streamlining work is more time for creativity and fun work. Watch our last Zapier video tutorial below to learn how to create your own zaps and customize them for your organization to help do the following all in one zap!

  1. Format text for other channels or content archives
  2. Assign team members after a project step is completed
  3. Establish content databases for easier content discoverability
  4. Automate project management apps when content is scheduled or published
  5. Set up content alerts for teams and for social amplification
  6. Get Slack alerts for just about anything!

If you have not yet upgraded to become a Flowering or Fruitful member, this week would be a great week! The final zap I share has been a gamechanger to allow me to create higher quality content, quickly amplify content when something relevant comes up, and work seamlessly with partners and collaborators. Don't take my word for it, just ask one of my clients:

"Iโ€™m fairly convinced there is not a single thing that would stump the roots of change agency when it comes to organization. Their Notion workflows are incredibly comprehensive and keep our work so organized. It is easy to keep everyone on the same page and work asynchronously. If you are struggling with process, I highly recommend Sam." โ€“ Shannon, consulting agency founder
